Subject: Inquiry regarding towbar installation for BYD Atto 3 Evo,

Antwort BYD:
When getting a towing hook installed by a third party 2 things are important to make sure the warranty is not affected.
-First they need to use BYD parts.
-Second they need to make sure they do it correctly and not damage anything.
Damaging something will void warranty on that part and any parts affected by the damages part.

Wenn ein Abschlepphaken von einem Dritten installiert wird, sind 2 Dinge wichtig, um sicherzustellen, dass die Garantie nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
-Zuerst müssen sie BYD-Teile verwenden. ( Es gibt ja keine von BYD ) 😜
-Zweitens müssen sie sicherstellen, dass sie es richtig machen und nichts beschädigen.
Beschädigt etwas erlischt die Garantie für dieses Teil und alle Teile, die von dem beschädigten Teil betroffen sind.

Da es keine Originale BYD Anhängerkupplung in Deutschland gibt erübrigt sich hier die Frage nach einer Anhängerkupplung von Brink / GDW aus meiner Sicht.
Nun hoffe ich das sämtliche Fragen hiermit erstmal erledigt sind und es gibt keine sinnlosen Diskussionen mehr.
